The form below is the only contact route for this site; there is no published email address. It is read by the individual who builds and maintains PrivaQuickTools, in between everything else, so please read the two short sections underneath before sending.
What happens to what you send
Submitting the form sends your first name, last name, mobile number, country and message to this site's own server route, which appends them, with the date and time, as a row in a Google Sheet owned by the operator. That is a real transfer of your personal data to Google Workspace.
- The entry is used only to read your message and reply if a reply is needed and possible.
- It stays in that sheet until the operator deletes it. There is no automatic expiry.
- You can ask for your entry to be corrected or deleted through this same form; the privacy policy explains how.
- This is not a support desk. There is no response-time commitment and some messages will not get an individual reply.
Making a bug report actionable
Nearly every unfixable bug report is unfixable for the same reason: it cannot be reproduced. Because your file never reaches the operator, the only evidence available is what you describe. Five things make the difference:
- Which tool — its name or the page address.
- Your browser and its version — for example Chrome 141 or Safari 18.
- Your operating system — Windows, macOS, Android, iOS, or a Linux distribution.
- What happened — the exact error text if there was one, or what the page did instead.
- What you expected instead — and the steps that led there, including anything relevant about the file, such as its type, rough size and page count.
Please do not paste confidential file contents into the message. Describe the file rather than reproducing it: its type, its approximate size, how many pages it has, whether it came from a scanner or was exported from an application. Anything you paste here is stored in a spreadsheet, unlike the file you were processing, which never left your device.
