2. The "Local Processing" Service
PrivaQuickTools provides digital tools that process data locally on your device via WebAssembly and JavaScript.
Important Distinction: Unlike cloud services, we do not process your files on our servers. Processing speed and capability rely on your device's hardware (CPU/RAM). We are not responsible for browser crashes resulting from attempting to process files larger than your device's available memory.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree not to use the Website for any unlawful purpose. Since files are processed on your device, you maintain full responsibility for the content you process. We do not (and cannot) moderate or censor your local file usage.
4. Intellectual Property
The interface, design, code, and logos of PrivaQuickTools are owned by us. However, **you retain full ownership of any files you process**. We claim no rights over your output because we never possess it.
5. Limitation of Liability
PrivaQuickTools is provided "as is." We are not liable for any data loss, system instability, or damages resulting from the use of our tools. Always keep backups of your original files.
6. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Website owner operates.
